We got exceptional service and care at this hidden gem. The owner went above and beyond to help us with a flat tire and even brought us firewood for a cozy evening by the outside fire. The cottage itself was clean, well-presented, and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with a lovely pub nearby and beautiful countryside views. The owner's three alpacas were a fascinating and delightful addition to our stay.
The only downside was that the terrace for dogs was not fully secure, requiring us to make extra efforts to keep our dog from exploring too far. Additionally, the wardrobe was quite small and not ideal for hanging a lot of clothes.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of this cottage. It had a cozy and traditional feel, with beautiful wallpaper and curtains. The living areas were spacious and easy to navigate, which is crucial for us seniors. It was also great to have parking right beside the cottage, making it convenient for us to come and go. I felt right at home here.
I would have appreciated a grab bar or handrail in the shower.

The Little Cottage provided a lovely, peaceful setting for our trekking group of friends. The well-equipped cottage had a modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, and a cozy lounge area with a TV. The secure garden and nearby paddock were ideal for our pooches. We also enjoyed the short stroll to the old church and the convenient location for exploring Glastonbury.
Felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.

I stayed at the peaceful and dog-friendly Little Cottage for a few nights. The directions provided were handy, leading me down a quiet lane to the well-presented and clean cottage. I loved the cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bath was a highlight, perfect for the cold weather. The owner was welcoming and even offered fresh vegetables from their garden. The location was great for walking my dog and exploring the countryside. I would happily stay here again.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the cottage. It felt like stepping back in time to a simpler era. The beautiful antique furniture and delicate floral prints on the curtains brought a sense of nostalgia. The little nooks and crannies throughout the cottage were perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a cup of tea. The entire place was easily accessible, with everything conveniently located on the ground floor. It was such a relief to not have to worry about climbing up stairs or navigating narrow hallways. As a senior woman, this made my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.
The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is clearer signage and directions around the property. Sometimes it was a bit confusing trying to find my way around, especially when the children working there weren't readily available to guide me.

Close to town, yet quiet and great for walking the dog. Owner gave us useful information and we got to see their friendly alpacas each morning. Enjoyed the peacefulness and had a nice garden area.
Felt parts could have been cleaner, with some maintenance issues like the shower not draining properly. Some items left from previous guests, like dirty laundry and old food.

The location was great for exploring the surrounding area. The nearby pub was dog-friendly and just a short walk away. The kitchen was well-equipped, although a small microwave would have been a nice addition. The cottage had a washer dryer and a stocked pantry. The shower and bedroom were both good, and there was plenty of space for two people and a dog.
Nothing, all great.
